Key Features

Product and Variation Management

🏷️ View all your product categories, products, and their respective variations or quantity levels. Each product variation displays key details, including current stock levels, unit prices, unit costs, and supplier information if entered.

Low-Stock Notifications

🏷️ Stay on top of low-stock notifications, which appear on the notification screen whenever a product variation falls below a threshold value that you specified.

Sales Recording

🏷️ Record sales by selecting the corresponding product level that the customer has chosen and specify the quantity. Use the filter option to search for specific product levels.

Order Summary

🏷️ View a comprehensive list of the entire order in the Summary section. Navigate back to the Sell screen to make changes if necessary, and return to the Summary screen to see the updated order.

Dynamic Pricing

🏷️ Decide on the pricing model to apply, and the subtotals will be computed for each product. The app dynamically calculates subtotals and totals when you adjust prices, no matter the size of the order.

Discount Management

🏷️ Specify a discount to offer by entering the percentage. The app also supports recording different payment methods, such as cash, credit, or a combination of both.

Damaged/Stolen Goods Recording

🏷️ Record damaged, stolen, or missing goods by adjusting the real-time price for each item to a value that accounts for the loss. This ensures accurate records even when goods are not sold at their original price.

Offline-First Design

🏷️ The app is designed to work offline, with all data stored on your device. This ensures security and control over your data, but it also means that you should periodically download and keep reports for backup purposes.

Multi-User Support

The "Today" section provides a real-time summary of your daily business performance. It tracks cash sales, credit sales, and discounts given from midnight (00:00) to the end of the day (23:59). It also lists all transactions made during the day, including payment type, amount, and time. At the end of the day, all values reset to zero.

When a buyer who took goods on credit earlier in the day later pays some or all of the credit, the existing cash and credit totals will be adjusted. If a buyer settles credit from a previous day, the cash paid will be displayed separately below the current day's totals to avoid double counting.

The standard price is a fixed price for a product variation, ideal for items with stable pricing. The real-time price is a flexible value that can be adjusted frequently for products with fluctuating prices. You can switch between these pricing models in the Summary Section during a transaction.

To modify prices during a transaction, use the bottom navigation bar to quickly switch to the Pricing section, make adjustments, and return to finalize the sale seamlessly.

The app supports a variety of currencies. After selecting a currency in the Settings section, all financial data, transaction records, product prices, and reports will adjust to reflect the chosen currency symbol and conventions.

The app offers several number formats:

  • Currency Format: Displays monetary values with currency symbols (e.g., $10,000.00).
  • Compact Format: Abbreviates large numbers for easier readability (e.g., 1.5K or 2.3M).
  • Default Format: Displays numbers in a standard, region-specific format (e.g., 10,000.50).

"Skip Authentication" allows you to temporarily bypass the login requirement for faster access. It's convenient for frequent use but poses a security risk if the device is shared or misplaced. It's advisable to disable it after setting up your PIN, security question, and backup code.

If you forget your PIN and don't have or have forgotten the backup code or security question answer, you will lose access to the app. Since the app is mainly offline, there is no online recovery mechanism. The only way to regain access is to uninstall and reinstall the app, which will result in data loss. It is therefore advisable that you keep your PIN, Security Question, Security Answer, and/or Backup Code in a secure place.

In the Transaction History section, each transaction has a Share icon. You can share transaction details via email, messaging apps, or other platforms. This is useful for providing buyers with digital copies, sharing summaries with accountants, or keeping backup records.

To cancel a transaction, go to the Transaction History section and click the cancel icon for the transaction you want to cancel. A dialog will appear, and you can confirm the cancellation. If you're canceling the entire transaction, leave the prefilled values intact and fill all the quantity fields as instructed.
